YOUR BOOKING

Advance booking is recommended for any treatment lasting longer than 1 hour to ensure that you receive your preferred choice of time and service. Customers are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will be charged or when paying by vouchers they will be held void. At peak times of year deposits may be required.

TREATMENT PRICES

All treatments, prices and information are current at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL CARE

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss this when booking your appointment.

ALLERGIES

Whilst we will do our best to research any allergy/concern that you may have, we cannot confirm that a suitable alternative will be available. There may be nut traces in all our products following supplier guidelines.

STUDENT DISCOUNT

We would like to offer our clients a 10% student discount on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Valid student identification will be required.

REWARD CARD SCHEMES

Points apply to certain treatments only. This is a discretionary scheme and can be withdrawn at any time. Points will only be given on full price services and cannot be used with any other offer. Collect 6 stamps and receive the 7th free.

VOUCHERS

Your voucher is valid until the date printed and is redeemable on all services and retail products in the salon. Please note vouchers must be spent in a single transaction and any outstanding value will not be refunded.

SPECIAL OFFERS

These are available from time to time on our website for a limited period. Gift vouchers are not a valid form of payment as these offers are run by a third party.

PARKING

Street parking is available. Due to salon security we are unable to top up tickets.

SALON ETIQUETTE

Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We are unable to offer treatments to persons under the age of 14. Children and infants under the age of 16 must not be left unsupervised in reception and cannot be supervised by staff. For the courtesy of other customers please put your phone on silent.
